This policy explains how WireUp Electrical Services handles information when you visit this website or call us. It applies to this site and to calls made to the number shown on it.

This website has no forms and no accounts, so it does not ask you to type in personal details. Like most websites, the hosting server keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.

When you call, we note the details you give us to schedule and complete the work: your name, address, phone number and a description of the problem. Calls may be recorded for quality and training where that is allowed, and you will be told when a call is recorded.

Maps and fonts

The map on this site does not load until you choose to open it. When you do, it is served by Google, which may collect information under its own privacy policy. Fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts.

How we use information

We use caller information to schedule visits, carry out and follow up on work, keep job records and answer questions. We do not sell personal information.

If your call is forwarded to another trusted local electrician because our schedule is full or an emergency needs someone closer, the details needed to help you are shared with that provider for that purpose.

How long we keep it

Job records are kept as long as needed for the work, follow-up questions, tax and legal obligations, and then deleted or archived securely.
