Using this website
The information on this website is general. It explains electrical problems and the work we do, but it is not a substitute for an electrician inspecting your property. Do not open panels or electrical boxes based on anything you read here.
Calling us
WireUp Electrical Services answers calls 24 hours a day and schedules its own electricians to do the work. By calling, you agree that we may use the number you call from to return your call about your request.
Calls may be recorded for quality and training where the law allows, and you will be told when a call is being recorded.
When a call is forwarded
Our electricians handle the service calls that come in. During peak demand, after-hours emergencies, or when our schedule is full, a call may be forwarded to another trusted local electrician so you can still get help quickly. When that happens, the other provider sets its own availability and pricing and is responsible for its own work. You should confirm that provider's licensing and insurance before work begins.
Estimates and pricing
Prices are given for your specific job after the problem is understood, usually after an electrician has seen it. Nothing on this website is a quote or an offer at a fixed price.
Permits and access
Work that requires a permit is permitted and inspected through the city or town where the property sits. You agree to give reasonable access to the areas where work is done and to the panel, meter and service equipment.
Limits
This website is provided as is. We try to keep it accurate, but codes, utility programs and incentives change, so check current details before making decisions based on them.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is always on this page.
